R-13 foam-core aluminum panels block the heat your roof, your hose, and your fan can't. Quietest in the rain. Cleanest finish. Backed by our 5-Star Lifetime Guarantee.
If you're trying to decide between insulated and solid non-insulated, watch this before you call anyone.
Both are aluminum. Both have the same lifetime install guarantee. Here's where they're actually different.
An insulated patio cover has a 3-inch R-13 foam core between two aluminum skins. A non-insulated cover is a single sheet of powder-coated aluminum. Insulated blocks more heat, stays quieter in rain and leaves a smooth ceiling with mounting points for fans and lights. Non-insulated costs less and still gives full shade and rain protection.
Real photos from jobs Mr. Patio Cover has been called to repair — installed by other contractors. Leaks, sagging panels, wind damage, ghost warranties. The reason our 5-Star Lifetime Guarantee exists in writing.
We sell both. We're not going to upsell you on insulated if you don't need it.
No drama, no subcontractor surprises. Eric's crew handles permits, HOA, materials, install, and final inspection — same team start to finish, daily updates, site swept clean every evening.
A Mr. Patio Cover specialist comes to your home, measures the space, listens to what you want, and walks you through materials, layout, and finishes — so you see exactly what you're buying before any deposit.
We engineer the structure, finalize materials, and put your all-in price in writing with zero hidden costs. Revisions are free until it's right.
We pull every city permit, submit every HOA package, and chase every approval. You don't lift a finger — we've worked with nearly every HOA in Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, and LA Counties for 30 years.
Our own crews — never subcontracted. Same team every day. Daily text updates with photos. Magnet-rolled patio and driveway every evening so there's not a single nail left behind. Most installs are done before sunset on day two.
If anything ever goes wrong — leaks, wind damage, workmanship — we come back. For the lifetime of the structure. In writing.
The 5-Star Lifetime Guarantee
Four promises in writing, covering the four things every other company quietly hides from. Most "lifetime warranties" only cover the metal itself. Ours covers everything that actually goes wrong on a patio cover install.
Sealed seams, integrated drainage. Zero water intrusion, ever.
Engineered for SoCal Santa Ana wind. If wind takes it down, we rebuild.
Every weld, fastener, seal — covered for the life of the structure.
Sweep daily. Daily text updates. No ghosting, no surprises.

"Excellent communication from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the completed project. From the design of the patio cover to lighting and everything in between, everything was exactly what we wanted."
"We recently replaced our 30 year old wood patio cover with a cover from Mr. Patio. The process was smooth from start to finish. The installation crew showed up on time, prepared and completed the project in one day. 100% satisfied and highly recommended."
